Thank you for shopping at The Only Daughter Society! We’re excited to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please note, orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping, and local delivery (if applicable), as well as Pickup in Store at 1111 Fairfield Ave, Cleveland, OH 44113.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
International Shipping
- Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. We are working to expand our international shipping options and will keep you updated as we grow.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier's website.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Only Daughter Society is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once the package has been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. If your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to the carrier directly or file a claim through their customer service.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot make changes to the shipping address once an order has been processed. If you realize there’s an error, please contact us immediately at info@onlydaughtersociety.com and we will do our best to assist you.
